Preparations for the opening of the new bridge between Brazil and Paraguay begin this week.
This action has been long awaited, because the current bridge can no longer handle the immense volume of traffic, which, in addition to small vehicles, includes around 2,000 trucks every 24 hours, resulting in huge queues that can take up to 3 hours to cross the border.
