How are the tours carried out?

Our tours are private and guided and start and end at your accommodation in Foz do Iguaçu - Brazil or Puerto Iguazu - Argentina.

How do I purchase and pay for tours? Can I include the cost of tickets as well?

Payments will be made by sending a link and may include tickets.

Do I have the option to pay for tours and tickets directly on the website?

No, this is because as our tours are private and guided, before payment we need to have transportation and a guide available. After checking availability we will contact you to confirm the tour and send you the payment link.

Are tours paid in full?

No, we charge 20% of the total in advance, and you will pay the rest when you arrive at your destination and start your tour. The remaining 80% can be paid by Visa or Mastercard credit card, or even in cash.

How do issues related to tour start and end times work?

Tour start times, in particular, must be as described on the website or in the customized tour. If there are delays, the tours may be subject to changes due to closing times.

How do customs procedures work between Brazil and Argentina?

Our guide will handle the procedures in accordance with the legislation of each country. Please note that it is not our responsibility to obtain visas if they are necessary; this is the responsibility of the visitors.

Can ticket prices change?

Yes, every year there is a normal adjustment to ticket prices on December 1st. If you include your tickets and this increase occurs, you will be charged the difference, even if you have already paid proportionally. This is because we cannot purchase tickets in advance for dates after December 1st.

Can I pay for tickets directly at the attractions?

Yes, you can purchase tickets directly at the cashier at the entrance to the attractions, but you run the risk of having to wait a long time in line to purchase them, in which case we will waste unnecessary time.

If I want to cancel my tours, will I get the amount paid back?

* If the cancellation occurs up to 15 days in advance, we will refund the total amount paid. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, no amount will be refunded.

Can I purchase other tours of interest during the tour I have booked?

Yes, when we arrive at our destination and decide to do other tours not included in the one we purchased in advance, you can purchase them. Our guide will be able to provide you with all the information, but confirmation will only be given if a vehicle and guide are available.

Do the tours follow the scheduled itinerary exactly?

In principle, yes, but there may be changes if there are any difficulties related to the weather or other factors that are not within our control, but always with the consent of the client.

Can I take my pet on the tours?

No, this is because most of the tours take place in natural and conservation areas where pets are not allowed.

- In case of emergency, how do I contact you?

On our website there is a WATCH number that receives messages from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm Brazilian time. After this time, messages are blocked, but you can call at any time and you will be answered.

What information will I need to send you?

You will need to send us the following information for everyone in the group:

* Full name

* Date of birth

* Passport number

* Country of origin

* Detailed flight information.

Where will I meet you?

If you book a transfer from the airport to the hotel, you will meet our guide at the airport. If this transfer is not included, you will meet our guide at the place where you will be staying.

What vehicles do you use for the tours?

This will depend on the number of people, and may be a sedan, van, minibus or bus.

Can I book tours with guides who speak languages other than English?

Yes, this is possible, but prices may vary, as there is a different price list for each language. To do this, simply contact us for availability and prices.
